Shipping Schedule:

Lemarilawas is unable to make changes to an order once the tracking has been assigned, it's important for customers to understand the shipping process.

International Orders Shipping:
We ship internationally with Pos Indonesia depending on location. The shipping fee for all international orders varies depending on the destination country. Please note any additional taxes or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. Optional Courier Service:
You have the option to request different shipping courier services and types services (reguler services, same day service, etc). The default domestic shipping (Indonesia), we use TIKI or JNE, and default international shipping, we use Pos Indonesia. The default types service we use is reguler services, with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 days (varies by destination).

Acceptable Reasons for Return:

1. Size does not match, applicable only for shoes and clothings.
2. Other reasons which fall under our responsibility, such as: brands proven as ingenuine, batiks proven as not fully hand drawn, uninformed defects, and size or color information mistakes.

Return Procedures:

1. Return for acceptable reasons can be requested within a maximum 2 days after an item is received.
2. We will confirm the return to be approved and request you to provide bank account information.
3. For every return we will fully refund the product's price only.
4. Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after we receive complete information of your bank account.

Additional Policies:

1. If a shipment is lost, delays, or damaged during transit, the customer must file a claim with the shipping company. Lemarilawas is available to assist with claims and customs, the customer is responsible for submitting the claim.
2. We will shipping to the address on file only. Buyers must ensure they write the correct address before making payment.
3. We do not take responsibility for shipments to forwarding addresses services. Buyers using forwarding services are responsible for contacting them regarding their shipments.
4. Any chargeback or fraudulent activity will result in legal action by local and federal authorities.
