Refund policy
NO REFUNDS "ON SALE" ITEMS
Acceptable Reasons for Return:
- Size does not match, applicable only for shoes and clothings.
- Other reasons which fall under our responsibility, such as: brands proven as ingenuine, batiks proven as not fully hand drawn, uninformed defects, and size or color information mistakes.
Return Procedures:
- Return for acceptable reasons can be requested within a maximum 2 days after an item is received.
- We will confirm the return to be approved and request you to provide bank account information.
- For every return we will fully refund the product's price only.
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after we receive complete information of your bank account.
Additional Policies:
- If a shipment is lost, delays, or damaged during transit, the customer must file a claim with the shipping company. Lemarilawas is available to assist with claims and customs, the customer is responsible for submitting the claim.
- We will shipping to the address on file only. Buyers must ensure they write the correct address before making payment.
- We do not take responsibility for shipments to forwarding addresses services. Buyers using forwarding services are responsible for contacting them regarding their shipments.
- Any chargeback or fraudulent activity will result in legal action by local and federal authorities.
