At Lemarilawas, we curate our archives with the utmost care. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Final Sale: All sales are final. Items purchased during a sale or promotion are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return or claim, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the item is fully inspected.

We only accept returns under the following specific conditions:

Size Mismatch: Only applicable for shoes and clothing if the item received does not match the measurements provided in the description.
Authenticity Guarantee: Items proven to be ingenuine (for luxury brands) or textiles proven to be not fully hand-drawn (for hand-drawn Batik).

Request Period: Return requests must be submitted within a maximum of 2 days after the item is received.
Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will request your bank account or payment information.
Refund Amount: We will provide a full refund of the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after we receive your complete bank/payment information.

Transit Issues: Lemarilawas is not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. In such cases, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping company. We are available to assist with the necessary documentation.
Shipping Address: We ship strictly to the address on file. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided before payment.
Forwarding Services: We are not responsible for items sent to forwarding addresses. Buyers using these services must coordinate directly with their chosen provider.

Any fraudulent activity or unauthorized chargebacks will be reported and may result in legal action by local and federal authorities.
