1. General Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. Items purchased during a sale or promotion are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return or claim, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the item is fully inspected.

2. Acceptable Reasons for Return

We only accept returns under the following specific conditions:

  • Size Mismatch: Only applicable for shoes and clothing if the item received does not match the measurements provided in the description.
  • Authenticity Guarantee: Items proven to be ingenuine (for luxury brands) or textiles proven to be not fully hand-drawn (for hand-drawn Batik).

3. Return Procedures

  • Request Period: Return requests must be submitted within a maximum of 2 days after the item is received.
  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will request your bank account or payment information.
  • Refund Amount: We will provide a full refund of the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after we receive your complete bank/payment information.

4. Shipping & Liability

  • Transit Issues: Lemarilawas is not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. In such cases, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping company. We are available to assist with the necessary documentation.
  • Shipping Address: We ship strictly to the address on file. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided before payment.
  • Forwarding Services: We are not responsible for items sent to forwarding addresses. Buyers using these services must coordinate directly with their chosen provider.

5. Fraud & Chargebacks

Any fraudulent activity or unauthorized chargebacks will be reported and may result in legal action by local and federal authorities.
